The registration fee for delegates includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall
- Delegate bag and congress material
- Welcome reception
- Congress certificate
- Lunchbox for the three days of the Congress
* Access to the CEC Courses on 18 April 2018, Wednesday between 10.00-16.00, 1 coffee break and lunch box.
** Access to the exhibition and poster area, entrance to the Welcome Reception.
Students are entitled to register at the above rates but must submit a letter from their institution confirming full time student status.
We invite you to taste the famous Serbian food and hospitality at the Gala Dinner. The price of the ticket is 60 EUR (payable with registration).
Method of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by BANK TRANSFER. The bank details will be sent to a participant within 3 working days after the submission of the registration form.
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by April 10, 2018
All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Executive Organizer must be notified in writing by e-mail (email@example.com) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

In case of cancellations due to denied VISA applications, the full registration fee minus a processing fee of 50.00 € will be refunded after having received a proof of the rejection from the corresponding embassy via email or mail.
All registration changes and cancellations must be communicated to the Executive Organizer in written form, i.e. via email or mail.
